Our HomeBrewStuff thermometer is designed to be an effective instrument in the beer brewing process. You may notice that the temperature range has been reduced from a typical 0°-250° to a reduced range of 40°-220°, this reduced temperature range makes the thermometer more accurate, and the temperatures easier to read. There is a calibration screw on the back so that the thermometer can be boil calibrated for the most accurate mashing temps.
Newly added are the brew zone marks indicating where you should be for the brewing process you're doing. Markings include ranges for fermentation temperature of lagers and ales, acid and protein rests, mash temperature, and sparge temperature.
